The title, “The Way of the Master,” was inspired by Chinese cultural philosophy, “The Way of the Dao.” The dao (or tao) literally means the way or the path one must follow to be in harmony with self and nature. In Eastern philosophy, one must find his dao, his way, his path, and follow it. This article will demonstrate that many mainstream Christians are not following THE WAY OF THE MASTER Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) that leads to eternal life, are not living in harmony with THE WAY of the kingdom of heaven, and are instead following an easy path that leads to destruction. Christians not following THE DIFFICULT WAY that leads to life are in danger of not being able to inherit the kingdom of God.
MATTHEW 7:13-14 (NKJV):
“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is THE WAY that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is THE WAY which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
Mainstream Christianity is a wide gate that teaches an easy way of salvation that often leads to destruction. Mainstream Christianity teaches Yeshua (Jesus) fulfilled the law, so we, His followers, do not need to obey it. Mainstream Christianity teaches that the law was bad and was against us and we are now living under a new covenant, not the law. Mainstream Christianity proclaims we are not to live under the law, Jesus nailed the law to the cross, and Christ is the end of the law of Moses. These mainstream Christian arguments against God’s eternal law (Torah) are twisted teachings that lead many to destruction and away from THE WAY which leads to life.
MATTHEW 5:17-19 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy [THE LAW] but to fulfill [THE PROPHETS’ PROPHECIES ABOUT THE MESSIAH]. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”
LUKE 16:17 (NKJV):
“It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one tittle of the law to fail.”
Yeshua (Jesus) said one jot or one tittle would not pass from the law and whoever breaks one of the LEAST of the commandments (such as the dietary health commandments) and teaches others to break them shall be called least in the kingdom. Why then do mainstream Christians proclaim Yeshua (Jesus) “fulfilled” the law, meaning abolished the law, so that His followers do no need to obey it?
‘Fulfill’ and ‘abolish’ are NOT synonymous words! Yeshua (Jesus) did not fulfill the law, other than fulfilling the requirements of the law by obeying it; Yeshua (Jesus) fulfilled the prophets’ prophecies about the Messiah. The fact that all of the law remains and none of it is abolished, or was abolished by Yeshua (Jesus) when He “fulfilled” it, is made perfectly clear in Matthew 5:18-19 when Yeshua (Jesus) declares that not a jot or tittle would pass from the law and anyone who breaks the least of the commandments and teaches men to break the least of the commandments will be called “least” in the kingdom of heaven.
Mainstream Christians teach that the law was against us and Jesus nailed the law of Moses to the cross.
COLOSSIANS 2:13-14 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
And you, being dead [CONDEMNED] in your trespasses [SINS] and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He [YESHUA (JESUS)] has made [YOU] alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses [SINS], having wiped out the handwriting of requirements [THE DEATH PENALTY] that was against us [SINNERS], which was contrary to us [OUR SALVATION]. And He [YESHUA (JESUS)] has taken it [OUR DEATH PENALTY REQUIREMENT FOR HAVING BROKEN THE LAW] out of the way, having nailed it [OUR DEATH PENALTY REQUIREMENT] to the cross [PAYING THE DEATH PENALTY FOR US, IN PLACE OF US].
It wasn’t the law (Torah) that was against us, it was the death penalty for having rebelled against God’s laws that was against us. Yeshua (Jesus) didn’t nail the law (Torah) to the cross. Yeshua (Jesus) took the death penalty requirement that we sinners deserved upon Himself and nailed it to the cross when He hung on the cross and died in our place to atone for the sins of mankind.
THE LAW OF MOSES OR THE LAW OF GOD?
No one proclaims that the great flood of Noah was a flood that Noah caused, yet many mainstream Christians argue that the Law of Moses, a phrase found in Scripture, meant that Moses authored the Law of Moses, apparently making up the laws himself, without the direction of God, and they were ‘ceremonial,’ which is a word not found in Scripture. The laws in the Book of the Law of Moses were laws given to Moses, as commanded by God, and are not actually Moses’ laws, they are God’s laws.
HOSEA 13:14 (NKJV):
“I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. O Death, I will be your plagues! O Grave, I will be your destruction!”
MATTHEW 20:28; MARK 10:45 (NKJV):
“The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
1 PETER 3:18 (NKJV):
For Messiah (Christ) also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God.
Yeshua (Jesus) did not die to abolish His laws or free us from having to follow them. He died to pay, as a ransom for our sins, the just for the unjust.
JOHN 14:6 (NKJV):
“I am THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Mainstream Christians often deny, in practice, that Yeshua (Jesus) is THE WAY, because they do not follow His ways, they proclaim Yeshua (Jesus) is THE TRUTH, while not obeying many of His truths, and they believe He is THE LIFE (salvation), while not obeying many of His commands which could cause them to lose salvation.
Many mainstream Christians believe and teach that God’s lesser or “Mosaic” laws have been done away with, even though Yeshua (Jesus) clearly said that anyone who breaks the least of His commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 5:18-19). This clearly shows that God’s lesser commandments are still in effect, even though disobedience to the lesser commands is not necessarily a salvation issue.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galatians 5:19-21, Ephesians 5:5-6, and Revelation 21:7-8 list the greater commandment violations of God which, if unrepented of, will prevent a person from inheriting the kingdom of God (the Millennium Kingdom). The following unrepentant sinners will not inherit the kingdom of God: the sexually immoral (lewd, fornicators, adulterers, homosexuals, effeminate persons), coveters (greedy of gain), cowards, drug addicts, drunkards, hateful quarrelsome persons, heretics, idolaters, liars, murderers, revilers, selfish persons, swindlers, and thieves.
Disobedience or ignorance of the lesser commands, i.e. the dietary commands, (Genesis 1:29, Leviticus 11, Deuteronomy 14), the seventh day Sabbath, (Genesis 2:2-3, Exodus 20:8-11, 31:12-17, Exodus 35:1-3, Deuteronomy 5:12-15), and observance of God’s feasts, (Leviticus 23), will not necessarily cause a person to lose his or her inheritance of the kingdom of God, the Millennium Kingdom, but by knowingly and willfully refusing to obey the lesser commands, a person is not following THE WAY OF THE MASTER and if granted entrance to the kingdom, he or she will be regarded as least in the kingdom and will receive correction in the kingdom (Matthew 5:18-19).
NOT UNDER THE LAW, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
It has often been said by mainstream Christian ministers that we are not under the law, that the law was against us, and we therefore do not need to obey the law, as we now live under the grace of Jesus Christ. We are not to live under the ordinance for breaking the law – the death penalty, but we are not free from the law.
ROMANS 6:14-16 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under [THE DEATH PENALTY ORDINANCE FOR BREAKING THE] law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under [THE DEATH PENALTY ORDINANCE FOR BREAKING THE] law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin [LAWLESSNESS] leading to death, or of obedience [TO THE LAW] leading to righteousness?
Mainstream Christianity often cites Romans 6:14, proclaiming that believers are no longer required to obey the law, because they are not under the law, while completely ignoring the very next verse 15, which clarifies that we should not sin by breaking the law. What then does it mean to not live under the law? It simply means that we are not to live under the ordinance for breaking the law – the death penalty.
GENESIS 2:15-17 (NKJV):
Then YHWH (the Lord) God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it. And YHWH (the Lord) God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
The death ordinance, Genesis 2:16-17, by inheriting sin through Adam and for breaking God’s laws, death was against us, NOT the law itself! Through one man’s sin, all men have died and fell under the ordinance of death. Sin is still sin, no one should willfully sin, and all need to repent of sins and live righteously. Sin shall not be our master. Through God’s grace and mercy, we become overcomers of sin when we follow the way of the Master, Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) and we obey His commandments.
Many people understand perfectly well what it means to live under Sharia law. In the Muslim faith, living under Sharia law means that a woman can be publicly lashed for disobedience to her husband, or if she is found to be guilty of adultery she can be stoned to death.
In Christianity, many Christian theologians have taught that not living under the law means that the law itself is done away with. The Apostle Paul instructed that, as believers in Yeshua (Jesus), we were not to live under the penalty for breaking the law, as Yeshua (Jesus) paid the penalty for us, and we are to call all persons to repentance and righteous living. Adultery is still adultery, even if in this age of grace we are not stoning adulterers, under the law, if someone is found to be guilty of adultery. God will still judge unrepentant adulterers and all unrepentant sinners. Believers are to preach the true gospel which includes God’s eternal laws, rebuking and calling to repentance those who are living in sin, and announcing the coming kingdom of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ).
THE NEW COVENANT AND THE OLD COVENANT IT REPLACES
It has been widely taught by mainstream Christianity that we are now living under the new covenant of Jesus Christ and He replaced the old covenant, which was the law (Torah). This is a false teaching of lawless-minded mainstream Christianity. To say that Jesus Christ is the new covenant of grace who replaced the old covenant of the law is a simplistic, over-expanded, and a non-contextual understanding of what the new or renewed covenant replacing the old covenant actually means.
HEBREWS 10:1,4 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
For the law [OF OFFERINGS TO ATONE FOR SIN – LEVITICUS 1-4], having a shadow of the good things to come [THROUGH THE ONCE AND FOR ALL TIME OFFERING OF YESHUA MESSIAH (JESUS CHRIST)], and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect [FOR SALVATION].
… For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.
HEBREWS 10:8-10 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them” (which are offered according to the law [OF OFFERINGS TO ATONE FOR SIN – LEVITICUS 1-4]), then Yeshua (Jesus) said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God.” He takes away the first [OLD COVENANT OF SACRIFICING BULLS AND GOATS TO TEMPORARILY ATONE FOR SIN] that He may establish the second [THE ONCE AND FOR ALL TIME SACRIFICE OF YESHUA MESSIAH (JESUS CHRIST) TO PERMANENTLY ATONE FOR THE SINS OF MANKIND]. By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) once for all.
The new covenant, which replaced the old covenant, is not Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ), through grace, abolishing the law (Torah). The new covenant is the offering of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) as a once and for all time sacrifice to atone for the sins of mankind, which replaced the old covenant ordinance requiring the continual offerings of bulls and goats for sacrifice to temporarily atone for sin. The blood of bulls and goats, the old covenant, was a temporary measure to atone for sin, until Yeshua (Jesus) came to fulfill the prophecies of the Messiah by offering His body as a once and forever atonement sacrifice for many. It is by the new covenant blood of Yeshua (Jesus), through which we are healed and attain salvation (Isaiah 53:5), which replaced the old covenant, the blood of bulls and goats, which could never permanently take away mankind’s sins (Hebrews 10:4).
ACTS 7:51-53 (NKJV):
“You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you. Which of the prophets did your fathers not
persecute? And they killed those who foretold the coming of the Just One whom you now have become the betrayers and murderers, who have received the law by the direction of angels and have not kept it.”
Mainstream Christians, like the Jews before them, have received the law, but have not kept it and have proclaimed, by false doctrine, that the law has been done away with. Thus, mainstream Christianity, which proclaims that the law (Torah) has been done away with, is a betrayer of the true gospel message.
MALACHI 1:6 (NKJV):
“A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am the Father, where is My honor? And if I am a Master, where is My reverence?” Says YHWH (the Lord)…
Jews, through Judaism, have rejected their Messiah and Master, but strive to obey His commandments as revealed through the Old Testament law (Torah). Christians, through mainstream Christianity, have accepted Yeshua (Jesus) as their Savior, but have not revered the commandments and fully followed THE WAY of their Master Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ). Hebrew Roots Messianic believers, the little flock, rightly honor and revere Yeshua (Jesus) as their Savior and strive to obey the commandments of Yeshua (Jesus) as their Master.
JOHN 14:15,21 (NKJV):
“If you love Me, keep My commandments. …
He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me.”
Yeshua (Jesus) said that if you love Him, you should obey all His commandments. He didn’t say you should obey only the Ten Commandments, or the Nine – if you actually believe that the Sabbath day was changed from the seventh day of the week, Saturday, to the first day of the week, Sunday. Or the Seven, as Catholics break the First, Second, and Fourth Commandments as they worship and serve other gods through paganism and idolatry, as well as declaring Sunday, the first day of the week, as the Sabbath day.
MATTHEW 28:18-20 (NKJV):
And Yeshua (Jesus) came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to OBSERVE ALL THINGS that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Yeshua (Jesus) never commanded His disciples, or followers, to obey only Seven, Nine, or Ten Commandments, but to OBSERVE ALL THINGS that He Himself observed and commanded. Yeshua (Jesus) kept the Sabbath, the holy feast days, and observed the dietary laws.
1 JOHN 2:3-6 (NKJV):
Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
The Christian who does not keep God’s appointed feasts (Leviticus 23), and instead observes pagan holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.), disregards the seventh day Saturday Sabbath (Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11, 31:12-17, 35:1-3; Leviticus 23:3) for the first day Sunday Sabbath, and eats unclean creatures (Genesis 1:29; Leviticus 11; Deuteronomy 14) is not walking as Yeshua (Jesus) walked!
WWJD – WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?
The acronym WWJD, which means “What would Jesus do?,” was popularized near the end of the 20th century by Catholic and Protestant Christian youth groups who often wore WWJD bracelets. “What would Jesus do?” served as a motto for Christians who used the phrase as a moral imperative reminder to act in a manner that would demonstrate the love of Jesus.
To act in the manner in accordance with the love of Jesus is a noble thing, but any mainstream Christian believer wearing a WWJD bracelet may not realize his or her own religious hypocrisy by doing so. The WWJD movement was directed solely by how Jesus would react with love towards His neighbor, but Jesus’ life was more than acts of love towards His neighbor. What holy days would Jesus celebrate? What day would Jesus honor as the Sabbath day? What would Jesus eat? Would Jesus get a tattoo? These are the questions WWJD bracelet wearing Christians should be asking themselves.
What would Yeshua (Jesus) do? He would obey the law (Torah), and that’s what Jesus did. Any mainstream Christian believer who wears a WWJD bracelet and proclaims “God’s laws are done away with,” is a liar and a hypocrite.
WALKING IN THE SPIRIT IS NOT CONTRARY TO WALKING IN THE LAW
A common Christian argument is that we are to walk in the Spirit and we are no longer under the law (Torah). We are to walk in the spirit, not in the unlawful carnal desires of the law of the flesh, which is lust. Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) walked in the Spirit and He lived according to the law (Torah). Christians twist many verses to proclaim we are no longer required to obey God’s laws and festivals and they need to untwist much of what they have been taught in order to understand God’s will. God’s commandments are eternal.
ROMANS 7:4-6 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Therefore, my brethren, you also have [REPENTED AND] become dead to the law [OF THE FLESH] through the body of Messiah (Christ), that you may be [SPIRITUALLY] married to another—to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law [OF THE FLESH] were at work in our members to bear fruit [THROUGH SEXUAL IMMORALITY] to death. But now we have been delivered from the law [OF THE FLESH], having died to what [UNLAWFUL DESIRES] we were held by, so that we should serve [GOD] in the newness of the Spirit [DWELLING WITHIN US] and not in the oldness of the letter [OF THE LAW, WITHOUT GOD’S SPIRIT DWELLING IN US].
ROMANS 8:1-4 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus), who do not walk according to the [UNLAWFUL DESIRES OF THE] flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus) has made me free from the law of sin and death (GENESIS 2:16-17). For what the law could not do [PROVIDE SALVATION FOR SINNERS] in that it was weak through the flesh [OF SINNERS WHO COULD NOT ATONE FOR THEIR SINS], God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh [THROUGH YESHUA (JESUS)], that the
righteous [ORDINANCE] requirement of the law [DEATH PENALTY] might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the [UNLAWFUL DESIRES OF THE] flesh but according to the Spirit.
GALATIANS 5:18-24 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law [OF THE FLESH]. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God [THE MILLENNIUM KINGDOM]. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Messiah’s (Christ’s) have crucified the [LAW OF THE] flesh with its passions and desires.
The Apostle Paul often wrote of not being under the law of the unlawful carnal desires of the flesh, the works being sexual immorality and other serious sins, which if unrepented of will lead a person to spiritual death. Paul did not declare that believers were to be free from the law (Torah), but are free from the law of sin and death (Genesis 2:16-17) through Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) (Romans 8:2).
REVELATION 2:11 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“He who overcomes [SIN] shall not be hurt by the second death.”
REVELATION 2:26 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“He who overcomes [SIN], and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations [DURING MY MILLENNIUM KINGDOM REIGN].”
REVELATION 21:6-8 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes [SIN] shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
Believers who were once held in sin by the unlawful carnal desires of the flesh, but have repented of them, now live in the Spirit of God and, as overcomers of sin, will be granted eternal life with Yeshua (Jesus).
2 PETER 3:15-16 (NKJV):
Our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people TWIST to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
Mainstream Christian teachers have misled many by twisting Paul’s words, proclaiming we are no longer under the law, meaning we are not obligated to obey the law including God’s festivals, the dietary laws, the Sabbath, and many other Old Testament Torah laws. Christian ministers have also twisted Yeshua’s (Jesus’) words, proclaiming the law has been fulfilled, meaning abolished (Matthew 5:17). In some cases, Christian false prophet teachers have proclaimed that we do not need to observe the Ten Commandments anymore.
JOHN 4:23-24 (NKJV):
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
TEST THE SPIRITS… ARE MAINSTREAM CHRISTIANS LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT OR BY EVIL SPIRITS AND A WICKED HEART?
1 JOHN 4:1-3 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Do not believe every spirit [PERSON], but test the spirits [PERSONS], whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit [PERSON] that confesses that Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit [PERSON] that does not confess that Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) has come in the flesh is not of God.
One way to test a minister, to see whether he is of God, is to see if he confesses that Yeshua (Jesus) came in the flesh. If a person denies Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) as having come down from heaven to be born in the flesh, that person is not of God. Christians who confess Jesus Christ, yet do not keep His commandments and proclaim His commandments are done away with, are either deceived or are liars and the truth is not in them (1 John 2:4). To the law and to the testimony of the law (Torah), if they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them (Isaiah 8:20). Christians who do not obey Yeshua’s (Jesus’) commandments and teach others to not obey them are not following THE WAY OF THE MASTER.
PETER TESTS THE HOLY SPIRIT
ACTS 10:28 (NKJV):
“God has shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean.”
The Apostle Peter tested the Holy Spirit, as Peter was directed to “kill and eat” (Acts 10:13), but knew that the Holy Spirit could not lead him to sin by breaking the dietary commandments. Peter came to understand that God also cleansed the Gentile peoples of the world, not the Jews only, and that he should not call any man common or unclean. God used unclean creatures, in the vision shown to him, as a metaphor for the Gentile people of the world, not as creatures that could now be eaten. God was making a point, not a menu.
Peter was a Torah observant law-keeping believer in Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ). He wondered at first what the vision showed to him meant (Acts 10:17). One thing Peter was sure of, was that the vision given to him was not a license to break God’s dietary laws (Acts 10:14), and he didn’t do so, as he didn’t eat any unclean creature after being shown this vision.
Many professing Christians routinely proclaim that they are being led by the Spirit and that they, under the Spirit, are not required to follow the commands of God. Thus, these Spirit-led lawless-minded type Christians are either following an evil spirit or the unlawful desires of their own heart and have deceived themselves into believing God’s laws are bad and that they, under the Spirit, are free from them. The Holy Spirit will not lead a believer away from the least of the commandments or from the greatest of the commandments (Matthew 5:18-19). The Holy Spirit will never lead a believer away from the law (Torah) to unrighteousness.
THE LAW OF MOSES OR ‘MOSAIC’ LAWS ARE GOD’S LAWS
LUKE 16:31 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“If they do not hear [MY LAWS GIVEN THROUGH] Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one [MYSELF] rise from the dead.”
Often referred to as Mosaic law, the law of Moses, or ceremonial laws, are laws issued by God to Moses and the prophets. Moses didn’t make up the dietary laws or any other laws written in the Book of the Law of Moses. Moses was instructed by God concerning all His commandments when he met with YHWH (the Lord) on Mt. Sinai and in the tabernacle of the tent of meeting. The word ‘ceremonial’ or the phrase ‘ceremonial law(s)’ do not appear in Scripture. God’s so-called Mosaic laws are not imperfect. ‘Ceremonial,’ a word used to describe God’s laws issued to Moses, recorded in the Book of the Law of Moses, is a disingenuous made up term of man.
THE MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB
REVELATION 19:7-9 (NKJV):
“Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb [YESHUA (JESUS)] has come, and His wife [ASSEMBLY OF BELIEVERS] has made herself ready.” And to her [THE BELIEVERS] it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those [ASSEMBLY OF BELIEVERS] who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb [YESHUA (JESUS)]!’”
Mainstream Christians, who believe God’s dietary laws have been done away with, have not made themselves ready for the return of Yeshua (Jesus) and for the marriage supper He is preparing for those who believe Him in spirit and truth. Christians should know that there will not be two marriage supper feast tables, a clean creature eating, kosher table for Messianic believers and another table for law-is-done-away-with, unclean creature eating mainstream Christians. Neither will there be two different types of kitchens and restaurants in the kingdom of heaven. All mankind from every nation is of one blood and there is one law for all nations. There will be one set of dietary laws for all at the marriage supper of the Lamb and forever after in the kingdom of heaven.
HOSEA 4:6 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“My people [JEWS AND CHRISTIANS] are destroyed for a lack of knowledge [OF MY COMMANDMENTS]. Because you have rejected knowledge [THE TORAH (LAW)], I will also reject you from being priest for Me [IN MY MILLENNIUM KINGDOM]. BECAUSE YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN THE LAW [COMMANDMENTS] of your God, I will also forget your children.”
MAINSTREAM CHRISTIANS WILL BE REJECTED FROM THE KINGDOM
MATTHEW 7:21-23 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will [OBEYS THE COMMANDMENTS] of My Father in heaven. Many [CHRISTIANS] will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we [CHRISTIANS] not prophesied in Your [JESUS’] name, cast out demons in Your [JESUS’] name, and done many wonders in Your [JESUS’] name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you [CHRISTIANS]; depart from Me, you [CHRISTIANS] who practice lawlessness!’”
Many, not few, Christians will be initially turned away from entering the kingdom of heaven, because of lawlessness. Mainstream Christians are the only group of people who do things in Jesus’ name, yet believe in their minds that God’s laws (commandments) have been done away with and they can now sin freely, which is to practice lawlessness. Mainstream Christians are the only group of people on earth who proclaim their Master fulfilled the law, so that they do not need to obey it. Mainstream Christians are the only group of people on earth who do not desire to emulate their Master in all His ways.
Mainstream Christians are the only people on earth who discourage themselves and others from living like the way of their Master, using excuses such as it is impossible to keep His commandments and if you did so, you would be trying to earn your salvation.
MAINSTREAM CHRISTIANS WILL REPENT AND SEEK YESHUA (JESUS)
JEREMIAH 16:19 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
The Gentiles [CATHOLICS AND PROTESTANTS] shall come to You from the ends of the earth and say, “Surely our [CHURCH] fathers have inherited lies, worthlessness and unprofitable things.”
Many lawless mainstream Christians, after having been excluded from inheriting the kingdom of God, the Millennium Kingdom, will be humbled, realizing that much of what they had been taught in their denominational Christian churches were centuries old lies, worthless and unprofitable teachings. Many, after being resurrected in the second resurrection (Revelation 20:5), will repent of their sins and false doctrines and seek Yeshua (Jesus) in His Millennium Kingdom.
FOLLOW THE WAY OF THE MASTER, NOT THE DOCTRINES OF MEN
MARK 7:6-7 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“This people [JEWS AND CHRISTIANS] honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.”
Yeshua (Jesus), in Mark 7:5-9, referred to to the Pharisees and scribes who rejected His commandments, and made other commandments and traditions that nullified the commandments of God. Mainstream Christians, led and deceived by many of the centuries old teachings of the Catholic Church, honor the commandments of men while laying aside and rejecting the commandments of God.
“Regarding the change from the observance of the Jewish Sabbath to the Christian Sunday, I wish to draw your attention to the facts:
1) That Protestants, who accept the Bible as the only rule of faith and religion, should by all means go back to the observance of the Sabbath. The fact that they do not, but on the contrary observe the Sunday Sabbath, stultifies them in the eyes of every thinking man.
2) We Catholics do not accept the Bible as the only rule of faith. Besides the Bible we have the living Church, the authority of the Church, as a rule to guide us. We say, this Church, instituted by Christ to teach and guide man through life, has the right to change the ceremonial laws of the Old Testament and hence, we accept her change of the Sabbath to Sunday. We frankly say, yes, the [CATHOLIC] Church MADE THIS CHANGE, MADE THIS LAW, AS SHE MADE MANY OTHER LAWS, for instance, the Friday abstinence, the unmarried priesthood, the laws concerning mixed marriages, the regulation of Catholic marriages AND A THOUSAND OTHER LAWS.”

Mainstream Christians honor and love the commandments of men, but do not honor and love the commandments of Yeshua (Jesus). (John 14:15).
PSALM 118:8 (NKJV):
It is better to trust in YHWH (the Lord) than to put confidence in man.
Mainstream Christianity is the only known discipline or faith in the world that advises its followers to not be like their Master. Mainstream Christianity honors Jesus with their lips, but teaches its followers that their Master obeyed the commandments and fulfilled them, so that they do not have to, as they reject the commandments of God and teach as doctrines the commandments of men.
YESHUA (JESUS) DID NOT COME TO START A NEW RELIGION
Yeshua (Jesus) did not come to start a new religion called Christianity; He came to be the Messiah of the faith that was already in existence. Yeshua (Jesus) did not come to do away with the law, or Mosaic law; He came to further elaborate on it (Matthew 5:17-48). God’s laws are eternal. (Luke 16:17).
Yeshua (Jesus) said, “I am THE WAY, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me” – John 14:6. Yeshua’s (Jesus’) yoke, His commandments, are easy and are not a burden (Matthew 11:30), nor are they too mysterious or impossible to obey (Deuteronomy 30:11-20).
Follow the Way of the Master, the way of righteousness that leads to life. Do not follow the way of the world and the teachings of false prophets, which lead to death. No one will inherit the kingdom of God and come to the Father, unless he or she believes in Yeshua (Jesus) and follows THE WAY OF THE MASTER, the way that Yeshua (Jesus) followed, which leads to eternal life.
