This article will reveal the mystery of the three woes referred to in the book of Revelation, identifying the prophetic events foretold to occur known as the three woes mentioned in Revelation 8:13, 9:12, and 11:14.

REVELATION 8:13 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
WOE, WOE, WOE [THREE WOES] to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts [FIFTH, SIXTH, AND SEVENTH] of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!

After the fourth angel sounded, and blew the fourth trumpet, Revelation 8:12, which was the burning of the Kuwaiti oil fields by the retreating Iraqi army at the conclusion of Gulf War I, we are warned of three woes that accompany the last three trumpets: five, six, and seven.

REVELATION 9:1 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Then the fifth angel sounded [FIFTH TRUMPET]…

REVELATION 9:3 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Then out of the smoke locusts [ARMORED HELICOPTERS AND FIGHTER PLANES] came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

REVELATION 9:4-5 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
They [AMERICAN-LED COALITION FORCES] were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree [GLOBAL WARMING CONCERNS], but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads [ISLAMIC MILITANTS]. And they were not given authority to kill them, but to torment them for five months [THROUGH DESTROYING THEIR MILITARY BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, SUPPLIES, VEHICLES, AND WEAPONS].


REVELATION 9:5 (NKJV):
Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man.


REVELATION 9:7 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
The shape of the locusts [ARMORED HELICOPTERS] was like HORSES PREPARED FOR BATTLE. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and THEIR FACES were like THE FACES OF MEN.

REVELATION 9:8-10 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
They had hair [ROTOR BLADES] like [STRANDS OF] women’s hair, and their teeth were like lions’ teeth [HELICOPTER ARTISTIC DESIGN IMAGES]. And they had breastplates [LANDING SKIDS] like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle. They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings [ROCKETS] in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months.

REVELATION 9:12 (NKJV):
One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things.

The series of events of Revelation 9: verse 1 through 11 in Syria being fulfilled is the beginning of the fulfillment of the first woe: the destruction of Damascus, Syria.

The American-led intervention in the Syrian Civil War of 2014-2015 fulfilled the prophecy of Revelation 9:1-11: the torment of Muslim men, men without the seal of God on their foreheads, figuratively speaking.
The American-led coalition intervention in Syria began on September 22, 2014 and ended 6-months later on April 08, 2015. Muslim men, men without the seal of the God on their forehead, men who worship Allah and Mohammad, were tormented for five months (Revelation 9:4-5). During five months, Islamic military buildings, supplies, tankers, vehicles, and weapons were destroyed, but no ISIS militants or Muslim civilians were killed.[1]

THE FIRST WOE: THE DESTRUCTION OF DAMASCUS, SYRIA

ISAIAH 10:5,12 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
WOE to Assyria [SYRIA], the rod of My anger and the staff in whose hand is My indignation. … I will punish the fruit [WORKS] of the arrogant heart of the king of Assyria [PRESIDENT OF SYRIA], and the glory of his haughty looks.”

THE FIRST WOE is identified in Isaiah 10:5,12, which indicates Syria as the location of the prophetic event of the first woe.

ISAIAH 17:1 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Behold, Damascus [SYRIA] will cease from being a city, and it will be a ruinous heap.

Isaiah 17:1 is a plainly stated prophetic verse, which does not require any interpretation. Damascus, Syria is one of the world’s oldest, continually inhabited cities. It will cease from being a city and it will be a ruinous heap.

REVELATION 9:12 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
One woe is past [THE DESTRUCTION OF DAMASCUS, SYRIA]. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things.

THE SECOND WOE: THE DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES

JEREMIAH 50:18 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Thus says YHWH (the Lord) of hosts, the God of Israel:
“Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon [PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES] and his land [AMERICA], as I have punished the king of Assyria [PRESIDENT OF SYRIA].”

Jeremiah 50:18 proclaims that Babylon the great (America) will be destroyed after Syria is destroyed, and by the same way Syria is destroyed.

ISAIAH 18:1-2 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
WOE to the land [AMERICA] shadowed with buzzing (whirring) wings [COMMERCIAL AIRPLANES], which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia [ACROSS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN], … a people terrible from their beginning onward, a nation powerful and treading down [IMPOSING ITS WILL UPON OTHER NATIONS], whose land THE RIVERS DIVIDE.

THE SECOND WOE is identified in Isaiah chapter 18, which describes the United States of America as the location of the prophetic event of the second woe. America is further described and identified as Babylon the great in Revelation 14:8 and chapter 18, as a land prophesied to be completely destroyed.

REVELATION 14:8 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Babylon [AMERICA] is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine [SIN] of the wrath of her fornication [MADNESS OF HER SEXUAL IMMORALITY]. 

REVELATION 18:10,16-19 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: ‘Alas, alas, that great city [NATION] Babylon [AMERICA], that mighty city [NATION]! For in one hour your [AMERICA’S] judgment has come.’ … ‘Alas, alas, that great city [NATION] … For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every [CARGO] shipmaster, all who travel by [CARGO] ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance and cried out when they saw the smoke of her [AMERICA’S] burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city [NATION]?’ …
‘Alas, alas, that great city [NATION], in which all who had [CARGO] ships on the sea became rich by her [AMERICA’S] wealth! For in one hour she [AMERICA] is made desolate.’

The sixth trumpet signals the destruction of the United States of America and brings forth the great tribulation… (Revelation 9:13).

MATTHEW 24:7,21 (NKJV):
“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.” …
“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.”

The second woe is the destruction of Babylon the great (America) –Revelation 14:8, 18. There is one country, one nation, which has stood in the way of nation rising against nation and kingdom rising against kingdom: the world’s peacekeeper – the United States of America. When United States is destroyed, there will be no world peacekeeper to prevent nations from rising against nations and kingdoms against kingdoms to make war. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, for then there will be great tribulation. One third of the world’s population will be killed during the great tribulation wars.

REVELATION 11:14 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
The second woe is past [THE DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA]. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly.

THE THIRD WOE: WOE TO ISRAEL AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

LUKE 21:20-24 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“But when you see JERUSALEM SURROUNDED BY ARMIES, then know that ITS DESOLATION is near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her. For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But WOE to those who are pregnant and to those who are are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land  [OF ISRAEL] and wrath upon this people [THE JEWS]. And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. AND JERUSALEM WILL BE TRAMPLED BY THE GENTILES until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled [WHEN THE JEWS CALL ON YESHUA (JESUS) TO SAVE THEM AND HE RETURNS TO EARTH TO SAVE THE ELECT JEWS OF ISRAEL – MATTHEW 24:22; MARK 13:20; LUKE 13:34-35; REVELATION 17:14].

REVELATION 12:6,13-14 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
Then the woman [ISRAEL] fled into the [ISRAELI] wilderness, where she [ISRAEL] has a place prepared by [THE SAINTS OF] God, that they should feed her [ISRAEL] there one thousand two hundred and sixty days [THREE AND A HALF YEARS]. …
Now when the dragon [SATAN] saw that he [HIMSELF] had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman [ISRAEL] who gave birth to the male Child [YESHUA (JESUS)]. But the woman [ISRAEL] was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the [ISRAELI] wilderness to her place [OF REFUGE], where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time [THREE AND A HALF YEARS], from the presence of the serpent [SATAN, THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST), AND THE ARMIES OF THE WORLD THAT INVADE ISRAEL].

Israel will be surrounded and occupied by the armies of the world and left desolate by the Jews of Israel who will flee from their homes for their lives. The Jews will flee to the Israeli mountain wilderness, where there are places of refuge that have been prepared by God, through the saints, that will house and feed the Jews after they flee their homes in Jerusalem and Judea. They will be fed there for three and a half years, before they listen to and heed the testimony of the two witnesses of Yeshua (Jesus) (Revelation 11:3) and call on Yeshua (Jesus) to save them from annihilation.

WOE TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH AND SEA!

REVELATION 12:12 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
WOE to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you [ON EARTH], having great wrath,, because he knows that he has a short time [TO KILL THE SAINTS OF GOD BEFORE YESHUA (JESUS) RETURNS TO EARTH].

REVELATION 12:15-17 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
So the serpent [SATAN] spewed water out of his mouth like a flood [CONDUCTED A MASSIVE MILITARY CAMPAGN OFFENSIVE]
after the woman [AGAINST ISRAEL], that he [SATAN] might cause her [ISRAEL] to be carried away [OVERWHELMED] by the flood [MILITARY INVASION]. But the earth helped the woman [ISRAEL], and the earth opened its mouth [WITH A GREAT EARTHQUAKE] and swallowed up the flood [SEVEN THOUSAND TROOPS OF THE INVADING ARMIES – REVELATION 11:13] which the dragon [SATAN] had spewed out of his mouth [COMMANDED TO INVADE ISRAEL]. And the dragon [SATAN] was enraged with the woman [ISRAEL], and he [SATAN] went to make war with the rest of her [ISRAEL’S] offspring [THE SAINTS], who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ).

The Antimessiah’s (Antichrist’s) army and the armies of the world will descend upon Israel and invade it, but will be set back by a great earthquake that will kill seven thousand troops of the invading armies. Enraged over the setback, the Antimessiah (Antichrist) will expedite the killing of all the saints of Yeshua (Jesus), everywhere else on Earth, anyone who does not have the mark of the beast (Revelation 20:4).

The world’s armies that invaded Israel, after overcoming the setback of the great earthquake, will again pursue the Jews who fled into the Israeli wilderness where they were housed and fed for three and a half years.

It is then that the Jews of Israel will call on Yeshua (Jesus) to save them…

LUKE 13:34-35 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“O JERUSALEM, JERUSALEM, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her [ISRAEL]! How often have I wanted to gather your children [NATION] together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you [JEWS] were not willing! See! Your house [LAND] is left to you [JEWS] desolate; and assuredly, I say to you [JEWS], you [JEWS] shall not see me until the time [OF THE END] comes when you [JEWS] say, ‘Blessed is He [YESHUA (JESUS)] who comes in the name of YHWH (the Lord)!’” 

The Jews who call on Yeshua (Jesus) to save them will do so at a time when the Antimessiah (Antichrist) and the world armies have overtaken Israel and are pursuing the Jews into the Israeli wilderness to annihilate all the Jews.

MATTHEW 24:21-22 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake [ISRAELI JEWS] those days will be shortened.”

MARK 13:20 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
“And unless Adonai (the Lord) had shortened those days, no flesh would  be saved; but for the elect’s sake [ISRAELI JEWS], whom He chose, He shortened the days.” 

After the Antimessiah (Antichrist) would have theoretically exterminated all the Jews, he then would have turned the armies of the world against themselves to annihilate all of mankind, so that no human flesh would have remained alive. Yeshua (Jesus) will intervene in world affairs when the Jews of Israel call on Him to return and save them.

REVELATION 17:14 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
These [THE WORLD’S ARMIES] will make war with the Lamb [YESHUA (JESUS)], and the Lamb [YESHUA (JESUS)] will overcome
them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those [SAINTS] who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.

REVELATION 19:19-21 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]:
And I saw the beast [ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST)], the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him [YESHUA (JESUS)] who sat on the horse and against His [YESHUA’S (JESUS’)] army. Then the beast [ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST)] was captured, and with him the false prophet [FINAL CATHOLIC POPE] who worked signs in his [ANTIMESSIAH’S (ANTICHRIST’S)] presence,  by which he [THE FALSE PROPHET (FINAL CATHOLIC POPE)] deceived those who received the mark of the beast [ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST)] and those who worshiped his [ANTIMESSIAH’S (ANTICHRIST’S)] image. These two [THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST) AND THE FALSE PROPHET] were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest [THE WORLD’S ARMIES] were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him [YESHUA (JESUS)] who sat on the horse.

WOE to the world’s armies who make war with Yeshua (Jesus)!

SUMMATION OF THE THREE WOES OF REVELATION

THE FIRST WOE is to Assyria (Syria) (Isaiah 10:5).
The first woe coincides with the fifth trumpet (Revelation 9:1). Damascus, one of the world’s oldest continually inhabited cities, will cease from being a city and it will be a ruinous heap (Isaiah 17:1). Damascus is a city with an estimated population of 1.7 million people as of 2017. The next scheduled tetrad blood moon cycle will appear in 2033-2034, which is when Damascus will likely be destroyed.

THE SECOND WOE is to the United States of America (Isaiah 18:1).
The second woe coincides with the sixth trumpet. America will be destroyed just as Damascus was destroyed (Jeremiah 50:18). The United States will be destroyed by fire, through nuclear annihilation, in one hour (Revelation 18:10,16-19). The United States is a nation with an estimated population of 325 million people as of 2017. There will be an American pre-tribulation rapture for righteous American saints (Isaiah 18:5). The tetrad blood moon cycle that follows the 2033-2034 tetrad blood moon cycle occurs in 2043-2044, which is when the United States of America will likely be destroyed.

THE THIRD WOE is to Israel and the rest of the inhabitants of the Earth and sea (Luke 21:20-24; Revelation 12:12).
The third woe coincides with the two blasts of the seventh trumpet. The first blast of the seventh trumpet is the world resurrection and rapture of the dead in Messiah (Christ) and the rapture of the living saints (1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17). After the first blast of the seventh trumpet occurs, Israel will be surrounded, overtaken, and left desolate by Israeli Jews (Luke 13:34-35, 21:20-24). Satan will be cast down to Earth and invoke his wrath upon all the inhabitants of the world (Revelation 12:12). Israeli will be invaded by the armies of the world and Israeli Jews will flee to the Israeli wilderness, where they will be housed and fed in a place prepared by God for three and a half years. The Jews will call on Yeshua (Jesus) to save them at the conclusion of the three and a half years and He will return at the second blast of the seventh trumpet (Matthew 24:30-31; Mark 13:26-27). The tetrad blood moon cycle that follows the 2043-2044 tetrad blood moon cycle occurs in 2061-2062, which is when Yeshua (Jesus) will likely return to Earth, save the elect Jews from annihilation, and defeat Satan, the Antimessiah (Antichrist), the false prophet, and the armies of the world who will make war against Him.
