“Hail Mary, MOTHER of God?” Miriam (Mary) was NOT the biological mother of Yeshua (Jesus). Mary served God as a surrogate mother for the Messiah (Christ). This article will show that Yeshua (Jesus) was born into the world, without sin, through a surrogate birth to Mary.

LUKE 3:23:
Now Yeshua (Jesus) Himself began His ministry at about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph.

It has also (been supposed) by many that Yeshua (Jesus) was the biological Son of Mary.

The Catholic Church claims Jesus was born without original sin, because Mary was also free from the stain of original sin. ‘Surro-gate’ is one of the original false doctrines of the early Catholic Church.
Referring to Mary as the ‘Holy Mother of God,’ as Catholics do, is bestowing undue honor and reverence upon Mary. God does not have a mother and God alone is holy. Scripture never refers to Mary as the “Holy Mother of God,” and anyone who does so adds to Scripture.

Medical science has confirmed that a woman can serve as a surrogate mother, giving birth to a child who she is not related to. Yeshua (Jesus) did not inherit original sin, as all men do, because He was not the biological Child of Mary, but instead Mary was a righteous virgin – a maidservant (virgin-servant), who God chose to deliver the Messiah through by means of surrogate birth. Mary was a sinner in need of a Savior. If Mary were the Immaculate Conception, a woman free from sin, then she herself would not need a Savior.

LUKE 1:46-48:
And Mary said: “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;”

Yeshua (Jesus) is the Immaculate Conception, a title that He does not go by in Scripture, which is a title that the Catholic Church wrongfully bestowed upon Mary. Yeshua (Jesus) was immaculately conceived by the Holy Spirit that overshadowed Mary and placed Yeshua (Jesus) inside of her. Mary served God as a SURROGATE MOTHER maidservant (virgin-servant). Scripture fully supports Yeshua’s (Jesus’) surrogate birth.

MATTHEW 1:18-20:
Now the birth of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with Child of the Holy Spirit. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of YHWH (the Lord) appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, FOR THAT WHICH IS CONCEIVED IN HER IS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

TRANSLATION (Message to Joseph):
Do not be concerned to take Mary, your wife. The Child inside her is not hers; it was placed inside her by the Holy Spirit and is of God, not of another man, or of Mary.

God the Father through the Holy Spirit did NOT fertilize Mary’s egg. If God the Father through the Holy Spirit fertilized Mary’s egg, that would make God the Father an adulterer, for Mary was the BETROTHED WIFE of Joseph (Matthew 1:18; Luke 1:26- 27, 2:4-5). Even if one considered Joseph and Mary not officially married at that point, it still would make God the Father a fornicator and Yeshua (Jesus) would have been born a bastard, the product of a union between 2-unmarried beings and a crossbreed between God and man.

The Holy Spirit did not impregnate Mary. Some falsely believe that the Holy Spirit is a being of the Trinity and the spiritual husband of Mary. Catholics have traditionally taught that the Holy Spirit was Mary’s husband and Joseph and Mary were married, but remained celibate throughout their marriage. Joseph knew Mary after Yeshua (Jesus) was born and they had other children together, which proves this belief to be false.

SON OF GOD AND SON OF MAN

1 CORINTHIANS 15:45,47:
And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The LAST ADAM became a life-giving spirit. The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord FROM HEAVEN.

Yeshua (Jesus) was miraculously placed inside Mary and was born to her as the last Adam. Adam had no mother. Adam was from the Earth and the Lord was from heaven (not Mary). Yeshua (Jesus) was not born as other men are born. He was in existence before His birth and came down from His heavenly glory to be born into the world (John 3:13,31,6:33,38,41,42,51,58).

SON OF MAN, NOT THE BIOLOGICAL SON OF MAN

An objection made by some people is that if Yeshua (Jesus) was not the biological Child of Mary, then He was not fully man. This is an illegitimate assumption. Scripture clearly proclaims that Yeshua (Jesus) was the last Adam. Adam was fully man, yet he was not biologically descended from mankind. Yeshua (Jesus) was the last Adam, and like Adam, He also was not biologically descended from man as the biological offspring of Mary. Scripture does NOT say that Yeshua (Jesus) was the biological Son of Man, but does state that He came into the world to be born as a Son of Man. Yeshua (Jesus) could not have been the biological Child of Mary, for then He would have inherited original sin from Mary, as Mary was a sinner in need of a Savior. Mary was not a sinless being.

MARY WAS NOT MADE SINLESS TO DELIVER YESHUA (JESUS)

A sinless Mary is unscriptural. There were no special graces bestowed upon Mary in order for her to deliver Yeshua (Jesus). Mary was a chosen righteous virgin (Luke 1:26- 48). God did not remove sin from Mary in order for her to deliver Yeshua (Jesus), and He did not need to. The Holy Spirit alone, NOT the Holy Spirit and Mary, conceived the Child who was inside Mary (Matthew 1:20). Yeshua (Jesus) was delivered by a righteous virgin, who was a sinner in need of a Savior (Luke 1:48). Yeshua (Jesus) entered into a sinful world through a righteous, but not free from sin, vessel. It was not necessary that Mary be sinless in order for her to deliver a sinless being, as she served God as a surrogate mother in delivering the Savior into the world.

If, hypothetically, sin was miraculously removed from Mary, before she bore Yeshua (Jesus) as His biological mother, then God could remove sin from all sinners and Yeshua (Jesus) would have suffered and died needlessly as a Savior for mankind. Yeshua (Jesus) prayed to the Father, asking Him before His arrest, torture, and crucifixion if it were possible to let the cup pass from Him – the cup to pay the penalty for the sins of man. It was not possible for God to save mankind without Yeshua’s (Jesus’) atonement sacrifice and Yeshua (Jesus) carried out His Father’s will (Matthew 26:39-42). It was likewise not possible that Mary was created free from original sin, or that sin was miraculously removed from her in order for her to be the biological mother of Yeshua (Jesus).

YESHUA (JESUS) EXERTED GODLY AUTHORITY OVER MARY AND DID NOT VERBALLY ACKNOWLEDGE HER AS HIS MOTHER

MATTHEW 12:46-50; MARK 3:31-35; LUKE 8:19-21:
While He was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him. Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You.” But He answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”

JOHN 2:4, 19:26-27:
Yeshua (Jesus) said to her [MARY], “Woman, what does your concern have to do with Me? My hour has not yet come.”
…
When Yeshua (Jesus) therefore saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, “Woman, behold your son!” Then He said to the disciple, “Behold your mother!”

YESHUA (JESUS) WAS MELCHIZEDEK

HEBREWS 7:1-3:
For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all, first being translated “king of righteousness,” and then also king of Salem, meaning “king of peace,” WITHOUT FATHER, WITHOUT MOTHER, WITHOUT GENEALOGY, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made unto the Son of God, remains a priest continually.

Yeshua (Jesus) is identified as Melchizedek, without father, without mother, without genealogy. Yeshua (Jesus) has a spiritual biological Father (God the Father), of whom He was begotten from (John 1:14,18, 3:16,18; Hebrews 11:17; 1 John 4:9), but not an earthly biological father or mother.

Yeshua’s (Jesus’) first appearance on Earth was not as the Messiah (Christ). Yeshua (Jesus) is YHWH (the Lord God) and He walked in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:8). Yeshua (Jesus) said, “Before Abraham was, I Am” (John 8:58), clearly indicating that He was in existence as YHWH (the Lord). Yeshua (Jesus) was Melchizedek, priest of the Most High God, and met with Abraham (Genesis 14:18-19).

There were only 2-beings among all mankind who have appeared on Earth that had no earthly biological father, no earthly biological mother, and no earthly genealogy: Adam and Yeshua (Jesus). Eve was created from Adam’s rib so she shares Adam’s genealogy, as she was bone of his bones and flesh of his flesh (Genesis 2:21-23).

Yeshua (Jesus) chose to enter the world through the lineage of the house of David (Matthew 1:1-17), but DENIES His mistaken BIOLOGICAL genealogy, declaring that He is NOT a biological descendant of King David:

MATTHEW 22:41-45; MARK 12:35-37; LUKE 20:41-44:
While the Pharisees were gathered together, Yeshua (Jesus) asked them, saying, “What do you think about the Messiah? Whose Son is He?”
They said to Him, “The Son of David.” He said to them, “How then does David in the Spirit call Him ‘Lord,’ saying: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool”’? If David then calls Him ‘Lord,’ HOW IS HE HIS SON?”

Translation:
“If David then calls Him “Lord,” HOW IS HE HIS DESCENDANT?”

Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God and NOT the biological Son of Mary. Yeshua (Jesus) didn’t have half-brothers and half-sisters as many believe. Yeshua’s (Jesus’) brothers and sisters mentioned in Scripture (Matthew 12:46-47, 13:55-56; Mark 3:31-32, 6:3; Luke 8:19-20; John 2:12; Acts 1:14) are the sons and daughters of Joseph and Mary, the earthly stepbrothers and stepsisters of Yeshua (Jesus) and not His biological siblings.
