Recent scientific studies have shown that through sexual intercourse, women can carry the DNA of all their male sexual partners for life. This article will show the connection that modern science has made with the Scripture verses that declare men and women become one flesh; that is men and women do not only become one flesh during the union of sexual intercourse, but also literally remain one flesh genetically through DNA transfer for life.
Microchimerism is defined as the presence of two genetically distinct cells in the same individual. Male michrochimerism appears in women who have given birth to sons, and also in many women who have not given birth to sons.
Scientists have recently discovered that sizable minorities of women who have never given birth to sons possess male Y-chromosome gene sequences in their blood. How did male DNA get in these women’s bloodstreams?
Immunologists at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center conducted a study in 2004, which concluded that the possible sources of male DNA present in women’s blood included pregnancies, miscarriages, a vanished male twin, or sexual intercourse [1]. The findings concluded that through sexual intercourse alone, women could hold onto the male genes and DNA of all their sexual partners within their bloodstreams and organs for life [2].
GENESIS 2:24:
Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
God did not intend, nor does He permit, men and women to have sex outside of marriage. Premarital sex is fornication and sex outside of a lawful marriage is adultery. A marriage union of husband and wife is till death.
1 CORINTHIANS 6:13-20:
The body IS NOT FOR FORNICATION (SEXUAL IMMORALITY) but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power.
Do you not know that your bodies are members of Messiah (Christ)? Shall I then take the members of Messiah (Christ) and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. FLEE FORNICATION (SEXUAL IMMORALITY). Every sin that a man does is outside the body, BUT HE WHO COMMITS FORNICATION (SEXUAL IMMORALITY) SINS AGAINST HIS OWN BODY. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
God did not create the human body for fornication. Science has now revealed that there are lifetime consequences for having numerous sexual partners. Men transfer their DNA, becoming and remaining one flesh with their female sex partners for life, and women carry the DNA and male genes of their male sexual partners within them for life.
LEVITICUS 19:19:
You shall not sow your field with mixed seed.
Leviticus 19:19 may seem like an unrelated verse to the topic of sexual promiscuity and the consequences of it, but the verse is basic to the discussion. God, the Creator of heaven and Earth and all life within, patterned His creation after His character and will. God does not want man to sow his field (plant in his garden) with mixed seed. How much more would God not want women to sow their fields (their bodies) with mixed seeds of different men (sexual partners), and men to not sow their seeds (through sexual intercourse) in different fields (not their own wives)?
MATTHEW 19:4-6; MARK 10:5-8:
And Yeshua (Jesus) answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
EPHESIANS 5:28-33:
Husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Messiah (Christ) and the church. Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
When a man and woman become one flesh through sexual intercourse, the man also transfers his DNA genes and Y-chromosomes into the woman and literally shares his flesh with her for life.
1 CORINTHIANS 6:9-11:
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither FORNICATORS, nor idolaters, nor ADULTERERS, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. AND SUCH WERE SOME OF YOU. BUT YOU WERE WASHED, BUT YOU WERE SANCTIFIED, BUT YOU WERE JUSTIFIED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD YESHUA (JESUS) AND BY THE SPIRIT OF OUR GOD.
Many men and women, former fornicators and adulterers, carry with them the emotional scars of past sexual encounters. Women may now be realizing that they also are carrying around more than they bargained for: the physical DNA and genes of their past sexual partners. Men likewise, may now be aware that they have passed their DNA and genes around to every woman who they ever had sex with.
It may be quite disconcerting recognizing the full consequences of sin and the impact it has on one’s own and other people’s lives, but the good news is that fornication and adultery are not unforgivable sins. Believers however must repent of these sins if they wish to be washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) and through God’s Spirit.
Anyone who is engaged in sex outside of a lawful marriage should consider what they are doing, repent, and ask God for forgiveness. All who have ever engaged in sexual intercourse outside of marriage have stained their bodies with the mark of sexual immorality at the genetic level. There are consequences of sin, even after forgiveness has taken place.
ISAIAH 1:18:
Says YHWH (the Lord),
“Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”
ISAIAH 64:6:
But we are all like an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags.
Many, who were once sexually immoral, remain crimson-stained like an unclean thing, but for those who repent and live sexually pure lives going forward, these physical stains of sexual immorality will all one day all be fully removed by God. It is not only the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases that taints our bodies as being impure, but also becoming one flesh at the DNA genetic level with Scripturally unlawful sex partners.
MATTHEW 19:28:
Yeshua (Jesus) said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that IN THE REGENERATION, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit…”
1 CORINTHIANS 15:51-53:
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but WE SHALL ALL BE CHANGED – in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and WE SHALL BE CHANGED. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
God will cleanse, regenerate, and renew the corrupted, sin-stained bodies of repentant, former fornicators and adulterers, into incorruptible, pure, stain-free spirit beings.
God only permits a man, through sanctified lawful marriage, to become one flesh through sexual intercourse with his wife, and consequently to become one flesh at the DNA micro-chromosome genetic level with his wife.
