Santa Claus is not a historical figure, but is actually a conjured up character who has been brought into existence through deceptive evil spirits.

The Second Vatican Council formally stated that no Roman Catholic bishop by the name of Nicholas ever existed and Vatican II further admitted that the legends attributed to this ‘saint’ had no Christian origin and probably came from pagan origins. The Vatican, in the 1970’s, demoted Saint Nicholas as a major saint and characterized him as a mythological figure [1].

The name ‘Santa Claus,’ in English, is an anagram that when unscrambled reveals the true identity behind the obese man with white beard in a red suit.

Santa = Satan; Claus = Lucas.

Satan is the name of God’s adversary: the devil – the evil one.
The meaning of the name ‘Santa’ in Latin is ‘Saint,’ and ‘holy.’
Lucas is an abbreviated form of Lucifer.
Lucas in Latin means ‘bringer of light,’ and in Greek ‘light giving.’
Lucifer is a Latin derived name meaning ‘bringing light.’

Santa Claus unscrambled means ‘Satan Lucifer – holy saint, bringer of light.’

JOHN 8:12:
Then Yeshua (Jesus) spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Santa Claus (Satan Lucifer) is an imposter of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ). Santa Claus (Satan Lucifer) is NOT the light of the world. Santa (Satan) also goes by the name Saint Nick and Kris Kringle. Old Nick (saint Nick) is a name for the devil, Satan. Kris Kringle is a name that refers to Christkind, the Austrian and German Christmas gift-bringer, the Christ Child.

Santa (Satan), according to a folk song, is coming to town.

“You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I’m telling you why, Santa Claus is comin’ to town…”

Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) is coming, and you better watch out for Him:

REVELATION 22:12:
Behold, I am coming quickly… and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.

Santa (Satan) rides his sleigh in the clouds to every household, to all people around the world and comes like a thief in the night, leaving presents.

Yeshua (Jesus) will come in the clouds so that every eye shall see Him and will come as a thief to those who are not watching for Him.

REVELATION 1:7:
Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him.

REVELATION 3:3:
Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.

Santa (Satan), according to a folk song, keeps a list, judges, and rewards according to who is naughty and nice:

“He’s making a list and checking it twice, gonna find out who’s naughty and nice…”

Yeshua (Jesus) is keeping a list of the saints in a book. He will award and judge the righteous according to their works.

REVELATION 3:5:
He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

HEBREWS 32:36 / HEBREWS 10:30:
YHWH (the Lord) will judge His people.

REVELATION 22:12:
My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.

Santa (Satan), according to a folk song, knows all things.

“He sees you when you’re sleeping, He knows when you’re awake, He knows if you’ve been bad or good, So be good for goodness sake…”

Santa (Satan) does not know all things; only God knows all things:

1 JOHN 3:20:
God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

Children are encouraged to leave ‘offerings’ of cookies (cake) and milk (drink) for Santa (Satan) when he visits each year, coming down the chimney to pass through the fire (wood kindled fireplace). These offerings to other ‘gods’ are an offense to God that can provoke Him to anger.

DEUTERONOMY 18:10:
There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire… (Leviticus 18:21; Deuteronomy 18:10; 2 Kings 16:3, 17:17, 21:6, 23:10; 2 Chronicles 33:6; Ezekiel 20:26,31).

JEREMIAH 7:18:
The children gather wood, the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead dough, to make cakes for the queen of heaven; and they pour out drink offerings to other gods, that they may provoke Me to anger.

Posing as Santa Claus, Satan Lucifer appears as an angel of light – a ‘bringer of light,’ gifts and joy to the world, but is an imposter keeping many distracted from knowing the true light of the world, Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ).

2 CORINTHIANS 11:14:
Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

Santa Claus (Satan Lucifer) is a liar who deceives the whole world.

REVELATION 12:9:
So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Believers, consider that Santa Claus is not just some harmless fairy tale of a jolly fat man with a white beard and a red suit, but Satan Lucifer himself deceiving the whole world through a pagan festival known as Christmas [2].

Parents, who participate in the Santa Claus deception, lie to their children in telling them that Santa is real. They encourage their children to believe in Santa, to write and ask (pray) to Santa for material things that they desire (covet). This starts a child’s life out with a lie, encourages covetousness, and misplaces a child’s faith in a false deity being. Later on in life, it should be no surprise that children who were once lied to – have learned how to lie, who were once encouraged to want things – become materialistic, and who once believed in Santa Claus and found out that he didn’t exist – have a difficult time believing in a God who they also believe may not exist.

Praise and worship are to be given to God and His Son Yeshua (Jesus) only; not to (or through) some mythical character known as Santa Claus, who usurps glory from Messiah (Christ), and whose real identity is Satan Lucifer.

EXODUS 34:14:
You shall worship no other god, for YHWH (the Lord), whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.
